yes, you guessed it! My love has had to go away to Leeds for two nights/three days!

After our lovely Sunday lunch he had to go as his course he is teaching began at 9am today- this in itself is plain mean I think as they don't compensate him for giving up his weekend.

Anyway, I am bracing myself- 29 weeks pregnant and alone with five children...but doing well so far! Only one more night to go and he'll be HOME!

I have my next appointment at the hospital tomorrow and am going alone- please say a prayer if you pray!

Much love,

Amanda

Amanda, hoping your appt goes well. Sorry to hear Mark has to be away again, it is as you say, very unfair especially with your pregnancy too. Will say a prayer for you tonight, and will be thinking of you tomorrow x x

That man Amanda!!!! Put him on a lead or something, I'm sure he has itchy feet you can't keep him still for two minutes before he's off again!! Blink

Will be thinking about you tomorrow, hope it goes well at the hospital. Keep meaning to email you ... will do, soon!

Ha ha ha, that is funny! he does need a lead, you're right. I may ahve to hide his shoes- that's an option as we have no pets....and he only has two pairs of shoes (he thinks they're rather pointless!!)..............

He is driving home now. Phew.

The appt went WELL! I am so happy as the Physician who takes care of the RA/coeliac/medical side of things was so nice about my decision not to take any of the meds. I said my history shows that I only flared after Ben (at 5/6 weeks post partum) and of course I don't want to be irresponsible and am aware it may well falre again (as it is worse now) but would prefer no meds until afterwards...

She suggested beginning Hydro at possibly 3mths post partum to which I readily agreed.

All else was fine except my panic as the time creeps forward as I had an abruption at 35 weeks and then 38 so it is scary!

Will write the blog later, my son Samuel nearly made me crash the van yesterday with such a hilarious question! (LOL)

Love as ever,

Amanda

HI Amanda,

I do know how you feel, my Ken used to have to go away 2 weeks out of each month to Romania on business. I used to hate it my girls were younger then too. But remember the homecoming is always lovely. Glad your appointment went well. Take care Love Lorna x
